2. Subject

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has reviewed all information regarding the basic specifications of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method, and delivery, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the Buyer or the person/entity designated by him/her within the time period specified on the website, provided that it does not exceed 30 legal days, depending on the distance from the Buyer's place of residence.

4.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the non-acceptance of the product by the person/entity receiving the product.

4.4. The seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in a sound, complete condition, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, if any, along with its warranties and user manuals.

5. Right of Return

The buyer has no right to return or exchange the product.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer protection councils, announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce, shall be responsible up to the specified value, and the competent consumer courts shall be responsible for disputes exceeding this value.

7. Effectiveness

This contract shall become effective upon electronic confirmation by the buyer.
